Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated during checkout using address & postcode. Fees are calculated base on volume, Since our products are solid built & Assembled the Volume of item is usually larger& we do our best to get you best shipping rate possible. Most of our Products are hand made and are High Quality where Solid Timbers or Heavy Metals have been used so these require Professional Transport & Handling & may not be shipped in standard courier. All Cabinets or Furniture Items are shipped with Movers due to Nature & Size of goods.
We can ship mostly everywhere in California unless location is not accessible by carriers. We Ship at affordable prices to ensure all our customers are happy. Local deliveries are made within 5 working of purchase applies to all in stock items. All oversize products are delivered by our own trucks or 3rd party carrier.
If you are unable to get shipping rates during checking, please contact us and we will assist you with your order.
Please Note if you received any damaged Furniture or goods contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will contact Shipping company for Claims.

Please ensure you check the size of your furniture purchase to ensure that it will fit through all doorways, lift access and entrances. Please Check dimensions of each item to ensure your purchase will fit into your home.
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product will fit though doorways, entrance and access points. Awkward or difficult access may incur additional fees due to additional labor requirements.
Wherever possible we will deliver all furniture products together, alternatively if you prefer separate deliveries separate delivery fees will apply.
Self-Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their new furniture products from our Distribution Centre. Bookings for this are essential so we can ensure that you order is ready for you when you arrive.
We will call you to coordinate this booking time as soon as your furniture is ready.
Please ensure that your Vehicle is suitable for collecting furniture, and you are aware of carton sizing and weight. Your sales consultant will be able to advise the packaging size and weight of the cartons included with your order
Should you not make your confirmed booking time slot, we will need to reschedule this, which will be at least 48 hours later. Failure to collect your product at your confirmed time will incur an administration and handling fee.
Frenchiture will not take responsibly for any damage to product caused in transit between our Distribution center and the customer’s home, when the product has been freighted by the customer.
