1. Customer is Responsible to make sure the product meets their needs. Please check measurements, Finish & Colors to suit your needs.
2. FRENCHITURE Offers 24 Hour Change of mind Returns to our loved customers. If you have Purchased Furniture, Homeware or Objects & Changed your Mind please feel free to visit store with in 24 hours of purchase.
3. Please note FRENCHITURE Offers 24 Hours Change of Mind Period to customers if you have placed an online order and Changed mind you can contact us with in 24 hours and we may be able to Cancel your order please note fees of 3% will apply on Refunds.
4. Please note Once item has been packed or Shipped Frenchiture will not be able to cancel your order.
5. We do not accept Returns on items Purchased in store on display so its responsibility of customer to inspect the goods properly in Store.
6. Please note Shipping Fees are non-refundable & any costs involved in returning goods are paid by customers.
7. Please Note if Goods are delayed by carrier for delivery are not responsible and we will not be able to cancel your order while goods are in Transit.
8. Please note no Returns will be accepted on Furniture & Wooden ware if Wood gets cracks over time Because our products are made of Solid Timbers and its Natural to get cracks etc on wood over time as Wood Dries over time.
9. Please note any Custom or Pre-order requested by customer is subject to Non-Refundable 50% Advance deposit.
10. please Note all the Goods must be returned in their original Packaging & Condition.
11 Goods arrived Damaged can be returned and refunded customer must contact us as soon as possible.
12 Please Note our Furniture is Hand Crafted so due to nature of craftmanship every piece may be slightly different. Small Abnormalities are Characteristics of Hand Crafted Furniture & are not considered Defects.
13 As Furniture is Made of Solid Woods its natural for wood to have Grain, Slight color variations due to grain, split on wood when dry' and these are pure nature of Solid wood. These are not considered Defects.
